Approval of the previous Minutes
|
The minutes for the meeting that was held on 07/15/25 were approved by the Board.

|
Bank Balance: $3792.43 as of 7/31/25.
Venmo: $1700.00

Club Championship
|
We have 23 players so far. The players handicap will be the Low Index from the last 12 months. Once the handicap has been determined, it will not change for the rest of the club championship rounds.
All players will tee off from the Blue Tee Box.
The payout amounts are currently set for:
$500.00 for Overall Gross and Overall Net.
$300.00 for low net in each flight.
The days for the Club Championship are listed on the website.

Skin Payouts
|
There is no separate skins pot. The Skins pot is variable. It depends on the number of participants in the prize fund as well as how many winners there are in the other categories. There will be no change in the Skins payout method.

Away Tournaments
|
There were 60 players at the Los Verdes Away Tournament.
This was over 2 days. The winners were announced.
48 players are currently scheduled to play at the Lakewood away Tournament. Bring cash for the blind draw.
The September Away Tournament will be held at San Dimas Canyon Golf Course on September 28th. The cost will be $130.00.

Rules
|
You have 3 minutes to look for your ball. If you do not find your ball within three minutes, it is considered lost.
The rules Chairman was requested to discuss a different golf rule at each meeting.

Entertainment
|
The Entertainment Chairman conducted a raffle at the end of the meeting. Mario Meledrez won the FREE green fee for the next tournament. 8 members won sleeves of golf balls.
